Arbor View 1 is a small, family-run residential care home on La Sierra Drive — six residents, two caregivers on duty by day, and the same family caring for seniors in South Orange County since 1978. Freshly remodeled and now welcoming new residents.

Most of the families we serve are moving a parent or spouse from private in-home care, or leaving a large facility that felt more like an institution than a home. Here is what makes a small, family-run care home different.
Six residents in a real residential neighborhood home — not a wing of a hundred-bed building. Your loved one is known by name, and our caregivers notice the small changes that matter.
A single all-inclusive monthly fee covers care, meals, laundry, housekeeping, activities, and daily living support. As needs progress, our care adapts — without level-of-care fee increases.
Erin Fisk, RN and Nurse Care Manager, builds and reviews every resident's care plan, coordinating with physicians so needs are met early. Mark and Erin are on-site with daily rounds.
Arbor View 1 is designed to be a last home, not a stepping stone — with continuity of caregivers, experience with advancing and memory-related needs, and hospice coordination when the time comes.
